One third of the museum is dedicated to glass art work, one third to the history & technological uses of glass (ie beer bottles, TV tubes, fiber optics, etc), and one third to shopping among glassware and art from around the world. Right next door is workshop that trains future glass artisans, and where world famous artists sometimes reside and have exhibits. For an extra fee you can learn the fundamentals of glass work and make an actual glass ornament. Don’t worry if you have no talent, the docents make sure everyone produces a beautiful object.
